Richard E. Grant joins Lilima's Board
Born and raised in Eswatini, Richard E. Grant studied drama at the University of Cape Town and moved to London in 1982. After several years in theatre, he broke through with the cult classic Withnail and I (1987).
On screen, he earned an Academy Award nomination for Can You Ever Forgive Me?, with other notable credits including The Iron Lady, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and Saltburn. He has also appeared in major television series such as Doctor Who, Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, and Loki, and stars in the recent series The Franchise. His global profile and long career bring valuable advocacy and leadership to our mission.
